CIWEST FOUNDATION, is a bridge between Japan and Philippine for its cultures and traditions as well as inter-human relationship for both countries, that is why most of our welfare activities have done here in the Philippines and it is through the assistance of our Japanese partner organizations.

CIWEST is both an advocacy and a support organization. It is an active voice subscribing to the paradigm that social productivity in the life of the average Filipino family will result in poverty alleviation and overall economic prosperity for the country.
