With Nomination coming from Sen. Honasan the Toyokawa High School donated a 40 footer container van containing tables & chairs at Maasin Iloilo - Layog National High School.

The Director of the center explains to the Toyokawa Students, the purpose why Lingap Center was, built. It is where children and women who had been emotionally and physically abuse taking care off, like Rape Victims, child laborers, battered children and other Maltreatment to children and women.
