CIWEST Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization. By the name itself: Center for International Welfare, Enterprise and Skills & Technology (CIWEST) Foundation, Inc., it is a foundation that promotes cultural activities between Philippines and Japan and serves as symbolic link between cultures. Also, it promotes science, economy, and provides educational opportunity to the children who will contribute to the country in the next generation.
CIWEST Foundation, a private organization is the one that facilitates the donations distribution from local or foreign agencies to different parts of the Philippines particularly rural areas.CIWEST has 2 member sending organizations, Skills and Technology for Entrepreneurs in the Philippines (STEP) Foundation, Inc. (RIZAL Area) and MAVENTECH Foundation, Inc. (BATANGAS Area) (STTP TESDA-JITCO Scheme Accredited), which give coordination with CIWEST regarding training program.STEP and MAVENTECH have policies and procedures to be strictly followed by the trainee-applicants. Each foundation does not give any compromise or special assistance to anyone and always deals with each trainee-applicant fairly and neutral provided that he follows the rules.Be informed that STEP and MAVENTECH have never been engaged in any activities concerning money specifically demanding any form of payment from the applicants, trainees, or any individuals who are interested to the training program nor have assigned someone to collect money using the foundations' or the staffs' names. STEP and MAVENTECH officers from the executive down to the staff are not allowed to collect any form of payment from any individuals.
Anyone, who is claiming he/she is an officer of CIWEST, STEP or MAVENTECH, or personally knows a certain officer of these foundations, insists a payment, refuse to give such payment and do not hesitate to contact us for verification and report about any fraudulent act.
