The Foundation initiates linkages and cooperation between medical and care giving organizations to provide health care and medical assistance;

The Foundation serves as conduit for donations and assistance form local and international organizations for distribution to the less fortunate members of society;

The Foundation encourages and facilities socio-cultural missions and exchange programs. Through these immersion programs, a better understanding of the interplay of cultural background and differences is enhanced.

Year 2001, CIWEST started to build Day Care Centers to different parts of the Philippines especially the rural areas. At present, Nine (9) Day Care and Multi-purpose Centers have been developed and donated by CIWEST with the help of the Mayor of each town, Brgy. Officials, and the people who contributed.

The building of the center is " BAYANIHAN " ( cooperative work without pay ) by the people of the town or barangay. Most of these people have succcessfully been selected and became trainees in Japan. Through the selection of each member Sending Organization
