Year 2001, CIWEST started to build Day Care Centers to different parts of the Philippines especially the rural areas. At present, Nine (9) Day Care and Multi-purpose Centers have been developed and donated by CIWEST with the help of the Mayor of each town, Brgy. Officials, and the people who contributed.

The building of the center is "BAYANIHAN" ( cooperative work without pay ) by the people of the town or barangay. Most of these people have succcessfully been selected and became trainees in Japan. Through the selection of each member Sending Organization
