Another two (2) Day Care and Multi-Purpose Centers were developed in two barangays of Batangas: Barangay Bayawang, Rosario and Mahabang Buhangin, Ma. Paz, Tanauan donated by CIWEST Foundation with the help of the Mayor of each town, Brgy. Officials, and the people who contributed. Inaugurations were held last 23rd of December, 2004, 9 AM at Mahabang Buhangin and 2 PM at Brgy. Bayawang.
